This Privacy Policy describes how Warbird Marine Holdings and its authorized development partner, Flying Bridge (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use, and protect information when authorized dealers, employees, and partners use the Warbird Sales Platform — including the iOS application and the web portal (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is the factory portal used by Warbird Marine Holdings and the independent authorized dealerships across the United States that sell Yellowfin and Invincible boats. It is a business-to-business platform used by employees of these companies in the course of their work.

3. How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Within the dealer network. Authorized users at Warbird Marine Holdings and its dealers may access information appropriate to their role.
- Service providers. We work with vetted third parties that host infrastructure, provide authentication, deliver email, and power AI features. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only on our behalf.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or third parties.
- Business transfers. If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

The Service relies on the following categories of trusted sub-processors. Each is selected for its security posture and processes data only as needed to provide the Service:
- Hosting & database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, file storage)
- AI features: Anthropic (large-language-model API for the AI assistant and document parsing)
- Email delivery: Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service)

5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and optional biometric authentication (Face ID and Touch ID) on supported devices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to maintain a strong security posture and respond promptly to any incidents.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Business records (such as inventory, sales, and leads) may be retained longer to support legitimate business and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
